Terms & Conditions

Out of stock items are charged in the same way and dispatched as soon as we are in reciept of goods, usually within 2 weeks - if longer we will advise.
Postage will be charged at cost.
Payment including postage charge must be paid in full before order is dispatched, we accept Visa, Access, Mastercard, Amex, JCB, Delta, Eurocard or Switch or Sterling funds payments.
If you return an item within 14 days in good condition and original packing we will be happy to refund original cost. Edible products and cut ribbon are NON-RETURNABLE. Please notify us within 4 days of reciept of any damaged or missing items. This does not affect your statutory rights. We regret that postage and packing cannot be refunded.

Postage will be charged at cost. Parcels under 1KG will be posted at first class letter rate. Parcels over 1KG are sent at parcel post rate. Bulky items e.g. Books, tins, regal-ice, boards will be sent by 3 day carrier.
